Pabbly Connect pricing: the plan structure

Pabbly Connect sells tasks. The product page, read on October 30, 2026, says a task is an action step in a workflow, while triggers and built-in tools like filters, routers and formatters are free. Plans differ by how many tasks they include and by the billing term you pick.

This guide leaves amounts to the vendor's page for two reasons. The page can show a different currency or promotion depending on where you view it, and plan amounts change. Bring your own monthly task count instead, using the break-even test below.

Plan limits from the vendor's pages

  • Free: 100 tasks a month with no credit card, and unlimited workflows.
  • Standard: 10,000 tasks a month. The FAQ says you can buy several Standard plans to raise the limit.
  • Unlimited: unlimited tasks, all features and unlimited team members. The terms add a fair-use rule, covered below.
  • Billing terms: monthly, yearly, every two years, every three years or lifetime. The page says the team member feature is not available on monthly plans.
  • One-time plans: Standard at 3,000 tasks a month subject to feature restrictions, Ultimate at 10,000 tasks and Ultimate Plus at 20,000 tasks, the last two with all features.
  • Larger needs: the FAQ gives a range of task allotments and says custom plans exist for very large volumes.

Billing terms and hidden costs to read

  • Tasks last 30 days: tasks assigned to a subscription expire after 30 days and do not carry over, according to the terms.
  • Renewal: recurring plans renew automatically, and the terms say refunds for automatic renewal charges will not be considered. Cancel before the renewal date.
  • Refund window: the vendor lists a 30-day money-back guarantee. The terms apply it to the first purchase of a Pabbly application on monthly, quarterly and yearly plans, and exclude purchases made under a special offer or discounted pricing.
  • Lifetime support: lifetime plans include one year of support. After that, the terms ask for one third of the original lifetime price to renew support.
  • Unlimited fair use: the plan begins with a balance of 100,000 tasks that you reset yourself once a day after it runs out. It is for one business, and agencies need a separate account for each client.
  • Currency: amounts on the page can follow your location, so check the currency shown at checkout before comparing with a rival's page.

Is it worth it? A break-even test for your volume

Work out your volume before you read any amount. Count the action steps in one run of each workflow, multiply by the runs you expect in your busiest month and add the results.

  • Step 1: list each workflow and its action steps. Triggers, filters, routers and formatters are free on Pabbly Connect, so leave them out.
  • Step 2: multiply the action steps by the monthly runs. A workflow with three action steps that runs 2,000 times in a month uses 6,000 tasks.
  • Step 3: compare the total with 100 tasks for the free tier and 10,000 for one Standard plan. At 15,000 tasks you need two Standard plans or the Unlimited plan.
  • Step 4: read the live page for the Standard and Unlimited amounts on a monthly and a yearly term, then compare the cost of covering your total with each. The page says longer terms save, so high-volume buyers should price a yearly term too.
  • Step 5: repeat the count with Zapier's task rules and read its pricing page at the same task tier.

One-time plans, stated factually

The vendor sells one-time plans with fixed monthly task allotments. The terms say you can buy a maximum of 10,000 tasks through a one-time plan, cannot buy several one-time plans or transfer them between accounts, and must add a regular plan if you need more tasks.

The one-time offer page shows a 30-day money-back guarantee, while the refund section of the terms names recurring plans, so confirm in writing which one applies to your purchase. Support is included for the first year only. Use the break-even steps above to judge a one-time plan against a subscription.

Where the pricing sources disagree

  • Task ranges: the FAQ describes plans running from 12,000 tasks up, while the plan section lists a 10,000-task Standard plan and an Unlimited plan.
  • Yearly savings: the plan tabs label separate savings for yearly, two-year and three-year terms, and an FAQ answer gives a larger saving for the yearly term than that term's tab.
  • One-time size: the page lists a 20,000-task one-time plan, while the terms cap one-time plans at 10,000 tasks.
  • The vendor's calculator compares its one-time plan with rivals' recurring plans spread over five years, so it is not a like-for-like monthly comparison. Pabbly Connect vs Zapier shows how to compare fairly.
