Quick answerPabbly Connect is a web tool that moves data between apps without code. A workflow has one trigger and one or more action steps, and only action steps count as tasks. The vendor lists about 2,000 integrations. Pabbly also sells separate products, such as email marketing and form tools, that sit outside Connect.

What is Pabbly Connect? An app-to-app automation tool

Pabbly Connect is a web service that sends data from one app to another when something happens, so you stop copying it by hand. The vendor's FAQ describes it as an integration application that connects several applications and syncs data across them. A typical use is sending each new form response to a spreadsheet and a mailing list, then notifying a teammate.

This guide explains it in plain language from the vendor's product page, terms and integrations directory, read on October 30, 2026. Plan amounts are left to the vendor's live page.

How Pabbly Connect works in three steps

  • Step 1, trigger: choose the app and the event that starts the workflow, such as a new order or a new lead. The vendor describes this as the application that initiates the workflow when data is received.
  • Step 2, action: choose the app that should receive the data and what to do there, such as creating a contact or adding a spreadsheet row. A workflow can have one or several actions.
  • Step 3, enable: switch the workflow on. From then on the action steps run every time the trigger event occurs.
  • The FAQ gives a longer example: when a payment arrives in Stripe or WooCommerce, send the customer details to Mailchimp, add the email to a CRM and send an SMS once everything is done.

The parts of a workflow: triggers, actions and built-in tools

A workflow has three kinds of part. Triggers start it. Actions do work in an external app. Built-in tools shape the data in between. The page counts only actions as tasks, which is the unit the plans are sized by.

  • Triggers: the FAQ says checks for new data are operations and are not charged, so waiting for an event does not use tasks.
  • Actions: any action performed on an external app counts as one task. The vendor's example of a lead sent to Mailchimp and then to Google Sheets is two tasks.
  • Free built-in tools: the page lists Filter, Router, text, number, date and time, currency and phone number formatters, email and text parsers, a JSON extractor, Iterator, Schedule, counters, math operations and encryption tools.
  • Filters and path routers let one workflow send different records to different places, based on values arriving from the trigger or a webhook.

What Pabbly Connect connects

The product page headlines 2,000+ integrations. The vendor's directory page lists about 1,980 entries, including common tools such as Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Shopify, WooCommerce, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe and Typeform, along with many regional and niche tools. A few apps appear twice, once with a Developer label. The page also links a developer platform where an app owner can add an app to the list.

For comparison, Zapier's pricing page cites more than 9,000 apps and Make's cites 3,500+. Search the directory for your own apps before you decide, because a longer list does not guarantee the one tool you need.

Where the boundary sits: limits worth knowing

  • Tasks expire: the terms say tasks assigned to a subscription last 30 days and do not carry over.
  • Support covers the product: the terms say support helps with bugs, connection settings and existing workflow setup, and does not build workflows or write custom code. For Connect, onboarding is a walkthrough and help creating the first workflow.
  • Unlimited plan fair use: the terms describe a starting balance of 100,000 tasks that you reset yourself once a day, for one business.
  • Other Pabbly products, such as email marketing, forms, billing and chat, are separate products with their own pages and plans. They are outside this guide, which covers Connect only.

Who Pabbly Connect fits, and where to go next

It fits a small business or solo operator whose apps are on the list, whose workflows are simple app-to-app moves and whose volume makes per-task billing sting. It fits less well when you need an app it lacks, team members on a monthly plan or vendor help building workflows.
