Uptime and support terms
Pabbly's user agreement promises commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service up 9 hours a day and 6 days a week, while its downtime policy aims for 99.7% uptime a year with no compensation if it misses, so there is no contractual uptime guarantee to rely on.
Support starts in the forum, which the terms call the primary support channel; live chat and contact-form queries continue over email. Pabbly says queries are typically answered within 10 hours and calls that a goal, not a contractual SLA. Forum staff replies are signed Pabbly Support and show dates, not times, so no response time can be read from them. Support does not design or create workflows for you.
Refunds and canceling
Pabbly's FAQ tells you to email a request to cancel, its terms describe canceling in the client portal before the renewal date, and its help center points to the My Subscription page, so cancel before the renewal date through the account and keep a copy of the request.
Pabbly's 30-day guarantee covers a first purchase of a recurring plan, and refund requests go by email only. The guarantee has conditions, which the Pabbly Connect review sets out in full.
