Pabbly Connect alternatives: six automation tools priced at about 10,000 a month and who each suits

Last reviewed October 30, 2026

Quick answerMake Core is close on price at $16 a month for 10,000 credits, billed monthly; Zapier cites 9,000+ app connections and n8n can be self-hosted. Stay with Pabbly Connect for Unlimited at volume in one business.

Pabbly Connect alternatives: the short list

Make's price is close to Pabbly Connect's: Core is $16 a month for 10,000 credits, against $19 a month for 10,000 tasks on Pabbly Connect Standard, both billed monthly and read on October 30, 2026. The other five are Zapier, n8n, Albato, Integrately and IFTTT.

Each tool bills its own unit, and a task, a credit, an execution and a transaction are not the same amount of work, so read the table as price points. An Applet is IFTTT's word for one automation, and IFTTT has no 10,000 tier, so its Pro plan at 20,000 credits is the nearest that covers it.

Zapier: 9,000+ app connections at a per-task price

Zapier cites 9,000+ app connections where Pabbly Connect cites 2,000+ integrations, units each vendor defines for itself. A Zapier task is any successful action, and triggers, Filter and Paths are free. Professional is $193.50 a month for 10,000 tasks, billed monthly, and a new account gets a 14-day Professional trial with no card.

Free and Professional are for one user, and past the plan's task limit Zapier holds runs or, with pay-per-task billing on, charges a higher per-task rate. Pabbly Connect vs Zapier sets the two plans side by side.

Make: credits, with reads counted

Make's Core plan is $16 a month and Pro $28 for 10,000 credits, billed monthly, from its US price list. A credit is Make's billing unit: most actions use 1 credit, reading data from an app or webhook is among them, and a router uses none. Credits expire at the end of the term. Make's Free plan holds 1,000 credits a month, and its pricing page lists no trial. Pabbly Connect vs Make compares the two.

n8n: one execution per run, or self-hosted

n8n Cloud Pro is $60 a month for 10,000 executions, billed monthly, from n8n's own price list for a US customer. An execution is a single run of the whole workflow, whatever its steps, and a scheduled workflow counts every run.

Community Edition is free to self-host under a license that limits use to your own internal business purposes or non-commercial or personal use, and you pay for your own server. n8n Cloud has a free trial of 1,000 executions with no card. Pabbly Connect vs n8n compares the two.

Albato, Integrately and IFTTT

Albato Pro is $110 a month for 10,000 transactions, billed monthly, and extra transactions are priced 50% higher. Integrately Professional is $49 for 10,000 tasks and offers a 14-day trial; a task is an action, a condition or a data change, so a branching workflow uses more tasks than it has actions. Albato's Free plan holds 100 transactions and Integrately's 100 tasks. Pabbly Connect vs Albato compares the first.

IFTTT Pro is $7.99 for 20,000 credits, billed monthly. IFTTT does not publish the credits one Applet run uses, so Pro cannot be set against a task count.

When Pabbly Connect is still the pick

Pabbly Connect stays the pick for many simple workflows on apps it lists, when volume runs past 10,000 tasks a month for one business. Unlimited is $79 a month, billed monthly, and its terms describe a 100,000-task starting balance that you can reset once a day, once 80% of it is used. Pabbly Connect's own Free plan runs 100 tasks a month without a card.

Pick Make for a low monthly price at 10,000 credits, Zapier for its app list and trial, and n8n for self-hosting or long workflows. Two limits to weigh on Pabbly Connect: tasks reset each month and do not carry over, and support starts at its forum, with a 10-hour response goal that the terms say is not a contractual service level.
