Pabbly Connect vs Make: tasks against credits
Pabbly Connect counts a task for each action on an external app and leaves triggers free, while Make counts credits: most actions use 1 credit, and reading data from an app or webhook counts too. A form entry that adds a spreadsheet row, creates a CRM contact and posts a team message is 3 tasks a run on Pabbly Connect and 4 credits a run on Make.
As read on October 30, 2026, Pabbly Connect Standard is $19 a month for 10,000 tasks and Make Core is $16 a month for 10,000 credits, both billed monthly. Make's router uses no credits, but its built-in data tools and iterating do; Pabbly's help center lists its formatters and Iterator as free.

Running out, expiry and extra units
Make scenarios (its word for workflows) stop when credits reach zero until credits are added, and extra credits come in bundles of 1,000 or 10,000 at the price set in your subscription. Make credits expire at the end of the term.
Pabbly Connect stops workflows when its tasks run out and holds trigger data in a queue of one trigger for every 100 tasks of the plan. Its tasks reset each month and do not carry over, so both tools lose unused volume.
Apps, trials and canceling
Make cites 3,000+ to 3,500+ apps and Pabbly Connect 2,000+ integrations; counts are not like for like, so search each directory for the apps you use. Neither page lists a trial: Pabbly Connect has a Free plan of 100 tasks and Make one of 1,000 credits.
Make says you can cancel at any time. On Pabbly Connect, cancel before the renewal date.
Who should pick Make, and who Pabbly Connect
- Pick Make when an app you need is on its list and not on Pabbly Connect's, or when a 10,000-credit Core tier covers your runs. Zapier vs Make and Make.com alternatives cover its other rivals.
- Pick Pabbly Connect for many simple workflows at 50,000 tasks a month or more on Unlimited, for one business; its starting balance of 100,000 tasks can be reset once a day, once 80% is used.
- Look at n8n Cloud when one run of a long workflow should count once.
Make Core lists 10,000 credits for $16 a month, billed monthly, but a workflow that reads data spends credits on the read as well as the actions, so count credits per run before comparing sticker prices.
Workflow automation software cost comparison sets all of these tools at 1,000, 10,000 and 50,000 a month.
