Pabbly Connect free plan: what you get with no card

Pabbly Connect's Free plan gives you 100 tasks a month and asks for no credit card. Pabbly's own line is "Start for free and get 100 tasks - no credit card required." As read on October 30, 2026, it is the only no-cost way into the product.

A task is an action step on an external app; triggers and built-in tools such as filters and routers are not tasks. A 2-step workflow is one trigger and one action. Free tasks reset on the 1st of every month, so unused tasks do not carry over.

Pabbly Connect's Free card says unlimited workflows in its header but limits the plan to 2 workflows of up to 2 steps in its feature list, so we use the feature list.

Free plan against Standard

Standard is $19 a month for 10,000 tasks, billed monthly, and adds multi-step workflows with any number of steps. AI Agent, MCP tools, custom variables, JavaScript and Python, auto re-executions and priority support are not included in Free or Standard; the Unlimited plan, a 100,000-task starting balance for one business per the terms, includes them. Is there a Pabbly Connect free trial?

No. Pabbly Connect's plans page offers no trial of its paid plans, so the Free plan is the way to test the product and the paid plans are bought directly.

Pabbly's 30-day money-back guarantee covers a first purchase of a monthly, quarterly or yearly recurring plan, per its terms. Rivals offer trials instead: Zapier enrolls a new account in a free 14-day Professional trial with no credit card, and n8n Cloud has a trial with 1,000 executions.

The 30-day money-back rules

Pabbly's plans page and one-time page promise a 30-day money-back guarantee, while its terms apply the 30 days to a first purchase on monthly, quarterly and yearly recurring plans and exclude special-offer and discounted purchases, so confirm in writing which rule covers your plan.

Refund requests must be sent by email. Automatic renewal charges are not refunded. A subscription that is upgraded or downgraded loses its refund, so keep the plan unchanged while the 30 days run. When to leave the Free plan

Leave the Free plan when you pass 100 tasks in a month or need a third step or a third workflow. Standard is the next step, at $19 a month for 10,000 tasks, billed monthly.

Take a solo marketer who has outgrown Zapier's 100 free tasks. Pabbly's Free plan gives no extra room, since it also lists 100 tasks. The choices are Zapier Professional, from 750 tasks at $29.99 a month billed monthly; Make, with a Free plan of 1,000 credits; self-hosted n8n; and Pabbly Connect Standard.
