Pabbly Connect sells three one-time plans as a lifetime deal: Standard Lifetime at $349, Ultimate Lifetime at $799 and Ultimate Plus Lifetime at $1,298, each paid once, as read on October 30, 2026. Each gives a fixed number of tasks every month. A task is an action step on an external app.

Standard Lifetime is the restricted plan: the one-time page limits it to 10 two-step workflows, each with one trigger and one action, while the plans page labels its card with unlimited workflows.

The 10,000-task cap in the terms

Pabbly Connect's product page sells a 20,000-task Ultimate Plus one-time plan, while its terms say a one-time plan can hold at most 10,000 tasks, so confirm in writing what a one-time purchase includes.

The terms bar buying several one-time plans or moving them between accounts; the one-time page bars stacking and upgrades. At the task limit, Pabbly points you to a recurring plan, which the terms say can be added on top. Pabbly offers no further discounts on one-time plans.

Support after the first year

Pabbly's terms say lifetime plans include one year of support, while its one-time offer page says Standard and Ultimate are self-service and only Ultimate Plus includes a one-year support license, so confirm the support terms of the plan before you buy.

The Ultimate Lifetime card ticks a "1 Year Customer Support" row, yet the one-time page says support is not included with Standard and Ultimate. A support renewal costs one third of the original purchase price, per the terms and the one-time page.

Refunds on a one-time plan

The one-time page offers a 30-day refund policy and says the payment gateway does not refund transaction fees. Pabbly's terms apply the 30-day money-back policy to a first purchase on monthly, quarterly and yearly recurring plans, exclude special-offer and discounted purchases, and take refund requests by email only. The two pages differ, so ask Pabbly in writing which rule covers a one-time purchase.

When the subscription is the better buy

When your load passes what a one-time plan holds, the route is a recurring plan, which Pabbly points you to at the task limit. Ultimate Lifetime is $799 paid once for 10,000 tasks a month.

Standard is $19 a month billed monthly, or $194 billed for the year, for 10,000 tasks a month, with multi-step workflows but without the AI and MCP rows that Ultimate Lifetime ticks. Unlimited is $79 a month billed monthly, or $828 billed for the year, for one business.

An agency running about 40 workflows for its own work is past Standard Lifetime's 10-workflow limit, so it would price Ultimate Lifetime or Unlimited, which adds team members. Make's Free plan, 1,000 credits a month, fits a small load.
